A Lebanese judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of the manager of Beirut's port two weeks after an explosion killed more than 200 people.
According to the government, ammonium nitrate stored in large quantity in a warehouse at the port had exploded on August 4.
The government has promised that those responsible for the explosion would be held accountable.
But critics say the government itself is to blame.
