Philippines leader Duterte says he will take Russian vaccine in public

Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte says he is keen to accept Russia's new COVID-19 vaccine, adding that he will be among the first to get "inoculated in public." Expressing "huge trust" in Russian studies to eradicate the virus, Duterte also says he is hoping for a COVID-19-free December so "we can enjoy this Christmas season."
