Global outcry grows over China's Uighur crackdown

The international community is becoming increasingly vocal against alleged abuses committed by China against its Muslim Uighur communities. France on Tuesday called for observers to be allowed into the regions, while the UK has not ruled out punitive measures against those responsible.
