Coronavirus: Terminally ill patients in vaccine plea

Fred Banning, who's been diagnosed with stage four bowel cancer, is campaigning for terminally ill patients to be moved forward in the queue for access to COVID-19 vaccinations.

He told Sky News that every moment counts for patients living with a terminal condition.
