Taylor Swift donates £23,000 to help student study maths at university

A-level student Vitoria Mario says she is "overwhelmed" after receiving a donation from pop star Taylor Swift.
The American songstress donated over £23,000 to the page after coming across Vitoria's story online.
The 18-year-old student recently set up a Go Fund Me page to raise money for her university fees.
Ms Mario, who will be studying Maths the the University of Warwick after achieving two A*s and an A in her A-levels, was concerned about the financial burden of university.
Having moved from Portugal to the UK only four years ago, she is not eligible for maintenance grants or loans.
Ms Mario says Taylor's donation has been a "blessing" and now means she can study without worrying about money.
