Algerians rally in support of journalist Khaled Drareni, who is jailed for two years on appeal, a defence lawyer says, in a case seen as a barometer of press freedoms in the North African country. Although Drareni's jail time was reduced by a year from an August decision, press freedom watchdog Reporters Without Borders (RSF) condemned the sentence.
