Vice-President Mike Pence and outgoing adviser to the president, Kellyanne Conway, Second Lady Karen Pence, press secretary Kayleigh McEnany and many others, including members of the president's family, spoke during the third day of the Republican National Convention on Tuesday, which unlike the Democrats' convention, is holding some of its events in person but in a more scaled-back affair.

The speakers Tuesday also included Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw and Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst.

While President Donald Trump is expected to formally accept the nomination on Thursday with a speech from the White House, he made an appearance to congratulate Pence on formally accepting the vice-presidential nomination from the party.
