The poppies, daisies and cornflowers emerge annually alongside the lentil crop on the Umbrian plain of Castelluccio.
It is known as the ‘Fioritura’ or natural flower show.

The wildflowers help the lentil crop grow by propping up the fragile lentil plants.
People come from all over Italy to see the stunning fields.
