Sterling sinks as Brexit stalemate drags on

UK and EU negotiators have yet to agree a post-Brexit trade deal, even as the December 31 deadline looms. The value of the pound sterling dropped as the risk of a no-deal Brexit appeared to rise. Also in the show - the World Economic Forum is shifting its next meeting from Davos to Singapore, while next year's Paris Air show has been called off because of the pandemic.
