The U.S. Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, has extended his best wishes for the Year of the Ox. In a press statement released by the U.S. Department of Sate, Blinken said millions of Americans are celebrating the Chinese New Year and he wishes Washington's friends around the world good health, peace and fortune.
