Japan will start its coronavirus vaccination on Wednesday, and frontline medical workers are first in line. The government approved the Pfizer vaccine on Sunday and said clinical tests in Japan were found a similar efficacy to overseas tests. 20,000 frontline medical workers will be the first to get the shots, followed by 3.7 million other medical workers. Vaccinations for elderly people will begin in April. All others are expected to be eligible by June.
