Canadian federal health officials are set to deliver an update on the government's technical details regarding the much-needed COVID-19 vaccine rollout on Tuesday.

The press conference comes after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that Canada has signed a tentative agreement for Novavax to produce millions of doses of its COVID-19 vaccine in Canada once it’s approved for use here.

Canada has over 784,000 cases of COVID-19 and more than 20,000 deaths due to the virus.
