Coronavirus vaccines arrive at a dispatch facility in the French city of Nanterre as part of a European Union rollout Saturday. The first patients are due to be vaccinated on Sunday, even as countries in the bloc are forced back into lockdown by a new strain of the virus -- believed to be more infectious -- that continues to spread from Britain.
