China Renaissance Holdings Limited’s shares plunged on February 17, 2023, after the investment bank said it could not reach its founder and chairman Bao Fan. Bao’s disappearance comes after authorities reportedly detained the firm’s former president, Cong Lin, for questioning in September 2022.
