LIVE: FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried to be arraigned on new indictment

Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of the bankrupt FTX cryptocurrency exchange, is expected to be arraigned in Manhattan federal court on a 13-count indictment, including a new charge of conspiring to pay bribes to Chinese officials. Bankman-Fried previously pleaded not guilty to eight of the counts. U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan will take the former billionaire's plea.
