Reparations for black residents to be paid using cannabis taxes

Chicago has become the first city to pay reparations to black residents who’ve suffered ‘housing discrimination’, after a $10mn package approved by authorities. Nevertheless, polls show that only one in five polled agree that damages should only be paid to the descendants of slaves.
