EU regulator says no indication so far AstraZeneca jab causes clots

The chief of the EU's medicines regulator says it is "firmly convinced" the benefits of AstraZeneca's jab outweigh potential risks, insisting there is no evidence linking the vaccine to blood clots after a host of nations suspended the shot over health fears.
