Prince Charles delivers message on anniversary of Britain's 1st lockdown

Prince Charles said he was "moved beyond words" at the sacrifices made over the last year as the United Kingdom marked one year since Britain's first lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a video message released as part of Marie Curie’s National Day of Reflection on March 23, Charles, a patron of the charity, said it was right to "pause and remember" those who have lost their lives to COVID-19.
“Whatever our faith or philosophy may be, let us take a moment together to remember those who have been lost, to give thanks for their lives, and to acknowledge the inexpressible pain of parting,” Charles said.
