Scenes of a bridge swamped by water in Sydney's Windsor suburb on Tuesday as Australia's flooding disaster worsens. So far, no fatalities or serious injuries have been reported. Homes and businesses have been inundated but insurers say it is too early to estimate the damage bill. Scientists have warned the country can expect more frequent and more extreme weather events as a result of climate change.
