Coastline land-grab in Senegal outrages locals

A construction boom in Dakar has seen private sea-facing properties crowd out the waterfront. Local groups say construction along the 10-km corniche in the Senegalese capital blocks public access to beaches and are calling for some of the buildings to be torn down.
