Former French president Giscard d'Estaing dies at age 94

French police stand guard outside the home of former French President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, after he died Wednesday at the age of 94. The former leader's health had deteriorated in recent years and he finally succumbed to the Covid-19 virus, says his family.
