The US Secretary of State has accused the UN Human Rights Council of hypocrisy, after it released a resolution drawn up in the wake of the killing of George Floyd almost a month ago. Mike Pompeo also pointed his finger at Cuba, China and Iran - where he thinks racial disparities are truly systemic. However the UN document itself has also been criticised by activist groups for being too mild.
