Democratic nominee Joe Biden said Donald Trump has made America a more dangerous place, blaming the President for fomenting racial unrest after one man died in Portland during protests over the weekend.

It comes as politicians in Kenosha asked the President to cancel his planned visit amid fears he would worsen the tensions following Jacob Blake's shooting.

Earlier the President appeared to endorse social media support for the 17-year-old vigilante who shot and killed two people in the city.
