Houston firefighters "denied access" to China consulate after reports of documents burned

Firefighters "were denied access" to the Chinese consulate in Houston, Texas, says assistant fire chief Ruy Lozano, when they tried to enter the facility, on reports that documents were being burned in trashcans in the courtyard, according to local media. The United States ordered China to close its consulate over accusations of spying operations.
