Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin are set to resume their talks about COVID relief. Mnuchin spoke to reporters before testifying along with Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell on Capitol Hill. (Dec. 1)
