Putin 'not interested' in diplomatic solution, says analyst

The recognition of two breakaway regions in eastern Ukraine by Russian President Vladimir Putin threatens the diplomatic process and annuls the Minsk agreement, analyst and former U.S. Ambassador to Georgia Ian Kelly told Reuters.
