Thomas Jones, a British citizen living in Ukraine, says that people are 'not panicked' and he is 'not preparing to leave' despite warnings from UK officials. His wife is Ukrainian and he can't get a visa for her to travel because the British Embassy has closed.

President Joe Biden has spoken with President Vladimir Putin about the growing number of Russian troops mobilising on the border with Ukraine.
