Canadian police have arrested 22 people in a continuing two-week protest against COVID-19 restrictions and vaccination policies. The protest has entered its 13th day since it was first staged by truckers on January 29. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he understands people's frustration under the pandemic, but vaccine mandates are the "way to avoid further restrictions."
