In a small village near Lhasa, lived an elderly man Cho Dru and his family. Being a serf when he was young, Cho Dru remembers how difficult life was. He said he and his family, five people in total, lived in a small room and didn't have much to eat. Anyone who didn't obey the serf owner was locked up in a "jail" which he showed us. Luckily, it has all passed.
