Taliban-affiliated Al Hijrat TV releases footage of Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar's arrival in Afghanistan on August 17. He arrived from Qatar, where he spent months leading fruitless talks with the United States and negotiators from the overthrown former Afghan government.
