Watford Ladies' and former Tottenham player Renee Hector says she knew what the Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka would face after missing their penalties in the Euro 2020 final - because she too experienced it in her playing career.
She says racial abuse sent her into a 'dark place' and says that the only way to drown out the small - but vocal - minority is with positivity from the majority of supportive fans.
