V is for vaccination | San Marino Health Minister on country’s health certificates

The EU reportedly accepted the vaccination health certificates issued by the Vatican City and San Marino. The majority of the country’s population however is inoculated with Russian produced Sputnik V jab. San Marino’s Health Minister Roberto Ciavatta comments on the matter.
