Government to pay 'tens of millions' to restart CO2 supplies

Environment Secretary George Eustice says it will cost 'tens of millions' in the short term to re-open two US-owned CO2 plants in the UK.

He also told Sky's Kay Burley that US President Joe Biden "is wrong" in his views about the future of Northern Ireland, plus new powers the government is looking at to stop the M25 protesters.
