US unemployment falls to 11%, but new coronavirus shutdowns underway

The United States reported the unemployment rate fell to around 11%, but this positive figure could easily degrade, as states order new shutdowns to fight a recent surge in coronavirus contaminations. US President Donald Trump tried nevertheless to reassure the population.
