University union leader calls government to postpone university start
Telegraph, 30 Aug 2020
University and College Union (UCU) is calling on the government to postpone the return of face-to-face teaching in universities until Christmas.
Leader Jo Grady says more than a million students moving around the country would turn certain cities into "transmission hotspots".

She says the government "have not offered forward any UK guidance for universities" despite raising with the university minister, Michelle Donelan.
