The central government responsible for protecting HKSAR from external interference

The Chinese central government has the responsibility to step in and protect Hong Kong people from the outside forces who are trying to instigate social unrest in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), said Swaran Singh, a Professor at School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi.
