Russian ‘surf & turf’ – a brand new invention

A man from Novokuznetsk, Russia invented and assembled a vehicle able to move both on dry land and water. The machine is based on a Soviet model of a motorcycle with additional parts and details from other cars and trucks. It can even evacuate its passenger!
