Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Scotland tour continues in Orkney

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have thanked medical staff for their efforts during the pandemic as they officially opened the Orkney Islands' £65 million hospital.
They were given a private tour of the hospital which was the biggest construction on the island since its cathedral was completed in 1168.
Later, the couple took a boat to see the world’s largest tidal energy turbine as they visit a pioneering marine renewable energy centre.
The European Marine Energy Centre is the only accredited wave and tidal test centre for marine renewable energy in the world, founded in 2003.
