Australian PM comments on Melbourne lockdown

More than five million people in Melbourne and Victoria state were ordered into a snap week-long lockdown Thursday, as a Covid cluster doubled to 26 cases. Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison says the 'circuit breaker' lockdown will be challenging for residents.
