UN chief urges dialogue to 'address root causes' after Gaza ceasefire announced

UN chief Antonio Guterres welcomes the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas, saying Israeli and the Palestinian leadership now have a responsibility to have "a serious dialogue to address the root causes of the conflict."
