German research provides theories behind rare blood clots linked to COVID-19 vaccines

Questions linger surrounding AstraZenca and Johnson & Johnson's COVID-19 vaccines due to their links to a very rare but serious blood clotting disorder afflicting some patients around the world.

Investigations are ongoing on what is causing the dangerous and sometimes fatal side effects between the two vector vaccines.

But as Crystal Goomansingh explains, German researchers may have new data to explain what's behind the rare phenomena and how it could be prevented
