Manhunt underway in southwest France for heavily armed former soldier

A manhunt is underway in the Dordogne region of southwest France where police are looking for a heavily armed former soldier who allegedly opened fire on officers called out to a domestic violence incident. Two helicopters alongside more than 200 gendarmes and two negotiators take part in the manhunt.
