US President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin meet with US Foreign Minister Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Joe Biden says "it's always better to meet face to face" as the tense Geneva summit kicks off, with Vladimir Putin saying the two countries have "a lot of issues accumulated".
