Boris Johnson warns 'extra precautions' may be necessary after July 19

Boris Johnson has thrown the extent to which our freedoms will be restored into doubt, warning that some "extra precautions" will be required after July 19.
Step Four is intended to see the end of all legal limits, including face masks, social distancing and work from home guidance. However ministers have been increasingly vague about whether advice for these measures will remain after the so-called 'terminus date'.
