Analysis: EU countries using Covid-19 as excuse to keep out migrants

Italy has agreed to take in 180 migrants from onboard the Ocean Viking. International affairs editor Douglas Herbert says Covid-19 has only added to the challenges that humanitarian rescue vessels face in finding EU countries to offer safe harbour to migrants.
