The police chief of Rochester in the US state of New York has stepped down, along with top police leaders.
It follows days of public outrage over the death of Daniel Prude, a Black man who died by suffocation while in police custody.
Protests broke out after his family released last week body camera video and written reports of the March incident that they obtained through a public records request.
Some viewers may find the footage disturbing.

Al Jazeera’s Mike Hanna reports from the US capital, Washington, DC.
