Konghou, the ancient Chinese harp, has a history of more than 2,000 years. The instrument became extinct during the Ming Dynasty (1368 – 1644) and was revived in the 20th century.
"Jasmine Flower" is the most representative folk song of east China's Jiangsu Province. It has gained global fame through Italian composer Giacomo Puccini, who used the tune in the famous opera "Turandot," which tells the story of a beautiful Chinese princess.
