U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he's expecting to restart his "Make America Great Again" rallies shortly, and plans to hold the first one in Oklahoma. He added that he also plans to hold rallies in Florida, Texas, Arizona and North Carolina, but did not speak about potential health guidelines or restrictions that may be put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It will be Trump's first rallies since holding one on March 2 in North Carolina before the pandemic forced the country into self-isolation and put limits on gatherings.

Trump also criticized North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper, saying he expects they'll "probably" soon be announcing a new state to hold the Republican National Convention this summer.
