Members of the public queue outside St Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh to pay their respects in front of Queen Elizabeth II's coffin, which will lie in the cathedral until it is flown to London on Tuesday ahead of the late monarch's state funeral on September 19. Many were up early to queue for wristbands that will allow them to file past the closed coffin, guarded by the Royal Company of Archers, from 5:30 pm (1630 GMT).
