Dominic Raab describes China-imposed Hong Kong law as 'grave and deeply disturbing'
Telegraph, 01 Jul 2020

Dominic Raab also runs through the details of the new legislation, which he says "represent a flagrant assault on freedom of speech and freedom of protest for the people of Hong Kong".
